Question - Why does it take a long time to start e-Mediate? All I see is a 'Loading e-Mediate' screen.
Answer - All e-Mediate discs are 'locked' and have to be cached to your local machine, the load time will vary depending on your project size and the amount of data that needs to be cached to your local machine.
Question - How do I start e-Mediate?
Answer - Simple! - Put your e-Mediate disk in your CD/DVD Drive, it will start automatically, if e-Mediate doesn't start, follow these steps;
Click on 'My Computer' > Click 'CD/DVD Drive' > Locate e-Mediate.exe and double click, e-Mediate will start running.
Question - What are the System Requirements for e-Mediate?
Answer - Windows 98/2000/XP, Pentium 3 or AMD XP CPU, CD/DVD Drive, 256MB RAM or Greater, 5GB of Hard Drive Space or Greater (This varies by project), Sound Card with Speakers
Question - Do I need to have PowerPoint installed?
Answer - Absolutely not! - All PowerPoint presentations are self-contained and can be viewed without having PowerPoint installed.
